Information about Ascend AI Studio, including pricing and trial terms, is provided for convenience. The terms published on AscendPlatform govern the product, and those terms may change.

The Site, including its text, design, graphics, logos, and code, is owned by CM Virtual Solutions LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and use the Site for your own informational purposes. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from the Site without our prior written permission.
“CM Growth AI,” “Ascend AI Studio,” and related names and logos are brand or product names of CM Virtual Solutions LLC. Third-party trademarks belong to their respective owners.
6. Third-party services and links
The Site links to third-party websites and embeds a scheduling calendar powered by LeadConnector/GoHighLevel. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability, or privacy practices. Your use of a third-party service is governed by its own terms and policies.
7. No professional advice; AI outputs
The content on the Site is general information, not legal, financial, tax, accounting, or other professional advice. You should consult qualified professionals before making business decisions.
Our services may involve artificial intelligence and automated workflows. AI outputs can be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for a particular purpose. We design human review and approval gates where appropriate, but you remain responsible for reviewing and approving what your business publishes or sends. We do not guarantee any specific business, revenue, or performance result.
8. Disclaimers

These Terms, together with any signed services agreement, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later.
